About Catzilla Hotel Express:

Catzilla Hotel Express operates as a subsidiary of CatzillaSG (Cat Shop). The addition of 'EXPRESS' to our name symbolises our commitment to providing cat owners with peace of mind during their travels or time away. Our primary focus is straightforward: when your cat stays with us, we ensure their health, energy, well-being, and happiness in a clean and secure environment, all under the attentive care of knowledgeable staff. All our feline guests in our hotel will also have a big and affordable cabinet, and it's the best deal around.

We are located at Singapore 38917, Level 2 with attic.

Our hotel offers a fixed rate of $SGD 48(Non-Member), $28.80(VIP) per night, with no 'starting from' pricing. This rate remains consistent, even during public holidays and high-demand periods.

In the market, you may come across hotels that advertise rates starting from $35, $40, or $45 for basic accommodations. Additionally, once you factor in additional charges for extra services or during high-demand periods, the average cost for pet boarding at other facilities can easily reach at least $55 per night. It's important to note that this price typically applies to very small spaces, ranging from 80 cm to 120 cm in length.

At our facility, we maintain a fixed rate of $($48 for Non-member, $38.4 for VIP) per night, and our accommodations are spacious, with dimensions measuring 130 cm (Length) x 80 cm (Width) x 80 cm (Height). These suites include hideouts and perches, specially customised for our cat boarding facility. Most importantly, each suite is designed for one cat.

You will find the following benefits at no additional charge:

  4. Daily free playtime for your cat.

Each of our Superior Suites offers a generous 130cm in length, 80cm in width, and 70cm in height, and we strictly accommodate only one cat in each suites.

We receive payments through PayNow, PayLah!, and Credit Cards/Debit Cards for online payment.

Our operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily

To maintain simplicity, as an express cat hotel, we offer a single accommodation option: the Superior room. This room is spacious and designed to provide a comfortable and secure environment for your cat. We allow only one cat in each cabinet.

We welcome cats of all breeds and sizes. Whether your cat is a pedigreed beauty or a beloved mixed breed, they'll find a warm and welcoming place with us. 

Kindly be aware that we may decline our feline guests if they display aggressive behavior during the staff's physical assessment prior to check-in.

No, sorry, we only allow cats to board if they have a valid FVRCP vaccination, or a suitable titer antibody blood test, or a vet's note confirming their eligibility for boarding despite no vaccination.

Sorry, our protocol permits only one cat in each suite. Even if their sizes are small enough to fit, we do not allow them to share an enclosure. Nevertheless, we can arrange for them to play together during scheduled playtime in the exercise area upon request.

Before boarding, all our feline guests undergo a simple physical examination by our staff to ensure they are free from infectious diseases such as cat flu and ringworm. This is a crucial step to maintain a safe environment for all our feline guests. We apologize for any inconvenience if your cat(s) are rejected, but this is a necessary protocol as some potential owners have submitted fake test results for their cats.

Catzilla Hotel places a strong emphasis on ensuring that cats are parasite-free. This is essential to control the potential spread of parasites, such as fleas, ticks, ear mites, ringworm, Giardia, coccidia, lice, and others, within the close-knit boarding setting.

Please provide an approved spot-on parasite treatment during check-in, with brands like Advocate, Broadline, Frontline, Revolution, or Revolution Plus.

Before your cat's boarding, it is essential for you to provide your own parasite treatment, and it must be applied during check-in. In the event that you don't have one, our hotel can provide it, but the cost will be borne by the owner.

Kindly present the proof of your cat's spot-on parasite treatment before 7 days from the check-in date. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your cat's boarding request.

No, we only admit kittens that are 13 weeks of age or older and have received full vaccination.

Any cat aged 11 years or older will be considered a senior cat. Please provide the usual required documents for boarding.

We need to determine the cause of your cat's need for medication and require a letter from the vet explicitly stating that your cat is fit for boarding. We only accept medication attention that is oral. While we do accept cats that require oral medication during their stay, please be aware that an additional charge for medication administration will apply.

For public, we only accept reservations through our website. Members can also make reservations directly with our staff via WhatsApp.

We will send you an email containing a link and password for you to complete your boarding consent form. Please ensure that you fill out the form at least 14 days prior to your cat's boarding date with us.

While our feline guest(s) are onboard:

As part of our boarding service, we provide premium-quality cat food. Nevertheless, you are welcome to bring your cat's preferred food to ensure they enjoy their meals. Please provide clear feeding instructions for us to follow for your cat(s).

At Catzilla Hotel Express, your cat's safety is our priority. We have secure enclosures, established emergency procedures, and a skilled team to provide round-the-clock care. We keep our windows securely closed, and we have taken measures to cat-proof them. This added precaution ensures the safety of your cats in the event of any unforeseen incidents.

Unfortunately, we do not provide grooming services. However, you have the option to arrange bathing services for your cat during their stay upon request.

We do not handle raw or homemade cat food. Only commercial canned wet food is permitted.

Yes, it is possible to extend your cat's stay, depending on room availability. You can make the reservation online and contact us after you have extended it. If you encounter any issues with the extension, please feel free to reach out to us.

No, our CCTV system is installed for safety monitoring and internal staff use only. It is not accessible to the public at this time.

Our daily routine includes engaging playtime, scheduled feeding, and personalised care to ensure your cat's happiness and comfort during their stay.

If your cat becomes unwell during its stay, our staff will promptly contact you to request permission for transportation to a nearby vet clinic.

 

In the event we are unable to reach you, we will contact your designated emergency contact for permission. If both parties cannot be reached, we will transport your cat to your chosen veterinarian as indicated in the consent form.

No, only cats from the same owner are permitted to socialise during playtime, and we will obtain the owner's consent for this.

The daily interaction period will be between 15 and 30 minutes each day.

Cats with negative FIV/Felv proof and no signs of sickness may have a private play session with our staff if they are comfortable to leave their suites.
