All guests' owners are required to fill out the consent form before their feline companion's boarding.

Step 1. Boarding Requirements

Please ensure that you have taken thorough note of the boarding requirements:

Please note that all kittens/cats must either be vaccinated with FVRCP and maintain a valid coverage period throughout their boarding stay or provide a valid titer antibody blood test result demonstrating sufficient FVRCP* vaccine antibodies.


For kittens (younger than 12 months):

Catzilla Hotel welcomes kittens aged a minimum of 13 weeks, provided they have received at least 2 vaccinations. These vaccinations must be administered at least 14 days before boarding, counting from the date of the most recent vaccine.

For adult cats (12 months or older):

A booster is necessary if the vaccine coverage does not align with the duration of their stay. Please be aware that any required booster vaccines must be administered at least 14 days before boarding at our hotel."

Any new vaccination should be completed at least 14 days prior to check-in date according to AVS boarding guidelines.

FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) and FeLV (Feline Leukaemia Virus) are contagious diseases that can be transmitted through close contact, posing significant health risks to cats. To safeguard the well-being of our feline guests, we require a negative FIV/FeLV test for all cats at our hotel. This policy reflects our unwavering commitment to prioritising the health and safety of every cat in our care, creating a secure and cozy environment for all residents. Our aim is to ensure the most enjoyable experience for our furry guests.

Catzilla Hotel places a strong emphasis on ensuring that cats are parasite-free. This is essential to control the potential spread of parasites, such as fleas, ticks, ear mites, ringworm, Giardia, coccidia, lice, and others, within the close-knit boarding setting.

Please provide an approved spot-on parasite treatment during check-in, with brands like Advocate, Broadline, Frontline, Revolution, or Revolution Plus.

To prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests, we do not accept cats or kittens with infectious diseases, including but not limited to Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Upper Respiratory Infections, Feline Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper), Ringworm, as well as feline herpesvirus (FHV) and feline calicivirus (FCV).

If your cat is over 8 months of age and displays signs of sexual maturity, such as territorial marking or excessive vocalisation. It must be spayed or neutered. Sterilisation must be completed at least 1 week before boarding.

During check-in, all our feline guests will undergo a physical examination to ensure they are in good health and free from any signs of illness, infections, or parasites.

We may consider a written note from a veterinarian that overrides our boarding requirements, allowing the cat's entry into our cat boarding facility. These situations include:

  1. When the cat is unsuitable for vaccination or booster shots due to health or age-related factors.
  2. When the cat has recently recovered from an illness, such as a bacterial, viral, or fungal infection (e.g., ringworm).
  3. When the cat has recently recovered from a parasite infestation, such as fleas, ticks, or mites.
  4. When the cat develops skin allergies in response to topical spot-on preventives like Frontline or Revolution

Kindly note that Catzilla Hotel retains the right to decline boarding for our feline guests for the following reasons:

  1. Owner fails to provide the necessary valid documents as required by Catzilla.
  2. Cats display aggressive behaviour that our Catzilla staff cannot handle.
  3. Our feline guests who do not meet our boarding requirements.

Below is your checklist for the necessary preparations.

While we do offer food and water, we highly recommend that you bring your cat's own food to cover the period of your cat stay. A sudden change of your cat's food can result in various outcomes, including diarrhea, vomiting, or gastrointestinal discomfort. Finicky cats may reject the new food, and some felines might exhibit signs of stress or allergies in response to unfamiliar ingredients.

Owners are required to bring bedding material to ensure their cat's comfortable sleep. You may also get the bedding from us at additional cost.

You are required to bring a scratchboard for your cat during the stay, or you may purchase one from us at an additional cost.

It's recommended to bring your cat's favourite toy to help them feel comfortable during the transition to a new environment.

Before your cat's boarding, it is essential for you to provide your own parasite treatment, and it must be applied during check-in. In the event that you don't have one, our hotel can provide it, but the cost will be borne by the owner.

Kindly submit the necessary documents for us to review prior to your cat's boarding:

  1. Vaccination Certificate
  2. FIV/FeLV Certificate
  3. Sterilisation Certificate (if your kitten more than 9 months old)
  4. Veterinary Memo (if applicable)

If your cat has specific care needs or behavioral quirks, provide detailed instructions to ensure they receive appropriate care.

Step 3. Boarding
Consent Form

Please fill out the consent form and acknowledge all our terms and conditions before boarding.

Once you’ve made your bookings with us, we will send the form link along with the password to your email. Please ensure that you complete the boarding form before the actual boarding.

Please note that at check-in, a thorough physical examination will be performed to verify the boarding cat’s overall health, ensuring they do not exhibit signs of infectious diseases, infections, parasites, and other health concerns.

Boarding Terms & Conditions

A contract containing our boarding terms and conditions will be also sent to you after the booking.

Feline guests are required to make bookings at least 2 days in advance to secure reservations and avoid potential disappointments.

Check-In Timing: The standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily. Early check-in between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM is available for an additional one-time charge of $25.


Check-Out Timing: Standard check-out time is from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM daily. For late check-outs starting from 2:00 PM, guests must wait until 2:00 PM to check out. Late check-out after 2:00 PM incurs a fee of $20 per hour, up to a cap of 6:00 PM daily, following business operating hours.

If the required documents in the consent form are not submitted by the check-in date, or if they do not meet AVS boarding conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the guest's check-in. In such cases, the paid booking fee will not be refunded. However, fees paid for additional services or products will be refunded in the form of Catzilla Credits.

  1. If your cat shows signs of parasites, illness, injury, or disease at any point, it will be treated and isolated within quarantine area. Should the condition be considered contagious, your pet might require relocation or return to the owner or the designated emergency contact person.
  2. When our feline guest becomes ill during their stay at our hotel, our initial step will be to contact the owner. Should we be unable to reach the owner, we will proceed to contact the designated emergency contact. Following this, we will discuss medical treatments and related expenses. Before any veterinary treatment, we will collect an estimated cost from the owner, and any due balances and outstanding expenses must be settled in full at the time of check-out.

We retain the right to decline admission if cats display excessively aggressive behaviour during check-in, hindering safe handling by their owners or our staff.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel will impose a 20% administrative fee for cancellations made 14 days before the
check-in date and will refund the remaining 80% of the total booking payment to the
owner via bank transfer within 10 working days from the cancellation date.
For any cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are strictly nonrefundable.


Refund Policy: Bookings made contains Singapore official holidays are strictly non-refundable. 

If a cat remains uncollected beyond 72 hours from the check-out date, and despite multiple attempts, both the owner and emergency contact cannot be reached, the cat will be considered abandoned. Catzilla Hotel Express will have complete rights to re-home the cat. Consequently, Catzilla Hotel Express will be absolved of any liability or responsibility associated with the cat. The owner remains responsible for paying the outstanding charges as per our terms and conditions.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that animals are unpredictable, and there exists a possibility of death, injury, sickness, or illness to the cat, another animal, or person. While we strive for the utmost cleanliness at our facility, it is important to understand that bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites might remain undetected in cats not exhibiting active signs of infection or illness. Furthermore, the likelihood of your cat having undisclosed allergies, underlying chronic conditions, or long-term illnesses cannot be completely ruled out.

In relation to the services provided, you waive and release Catzilla Hotel Express and its employees from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liability linked to injury, death, sickness, or illness suffered by the cat during its stay at our facility. This release encompasses aspects such as pick-up, transport, drop-off, and use of our facilities, concerning the care, control, health, and safety of your cat.
